Bought multiple cars from Lucas always been fantastic. The last used vehicle I got from them had an issue pop up after a month or so of ownership. They went above and beyond in getting it diagnosed and repaired no hassle no run around just doing whatever they could to get me fixed and on my way. Wish everybody did buisiness like that!

My Godson bought his new Pacifica at this dealership. Prior to this purchase we visited or called at least 70 dealerships. We have also purchased many cars over the years. Lucas, out of all of them is by far the best we have ever done business with. Their sales staff and manager are top notch in knowledge and honor. The price you see is the actual price of the car. There is no need to stress about the next hidden price. They are simple and honest. For me, this is a deciding factor. We were so impressed by their ethics that we drove from Brooklyn, NY and bought a car. Now we hit the first service date. They were so accommodating. They provided a loaner car. They gave a reduced price on all weather mats. The service experience was excellent. If you are considering purchasing a new car, this is the place to start. A Big Thank You to the Lucas Staff. Most excellent dealership for your vehicle service needs. The entire service team is super professional and dedicated to customer satisfaction - it’s not uncommon for the service techs to personally meet with you to cover what service they directly provided on my car. The wait times are always short and the customer waiting room is the best as it has a TV, work station area and offers complimentary snacks & beverages. Special shout out to Kate in Service for her exceptional oversight and customer service. Extremely happy with Lucas !

Absolutely terrible service experience with have our Dodge Charger repaired. We had it towed in to fix an issue with reduced power and a message about the shifter needing to be serviced. They told us it needed a software update that was not covered by the warranty and we paid almost $400. They released the car to us saying it was fixed. One week later it was towed back in with the same exact issue and message. This time it was repaired under warranty, and we had to pay another $200. We were assured by the service writer that he original money would be refunded as soon as the service manager returned from his vacation. Upon his return after several attempts, to contact him we had an absolutely terrible experience with the Service Manager Mike. He did nothing but insult our type of people and said that if you can't repair your own car, it's your fault. And that he has 7000 other more important customers to deal with etc. Bottom line is we WILL NEVER RETURN TO LUCAS for either service or a new vehicle and highly recommend you avoid them at all costs.
