Had an absolutely fantastic experience purchasing a Colorado Z71 for my daughter! From start to finish, the team at Lumberton Chevrolet made the process smooth and stress-free. We worked with Wayne Lewis, who was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. They took the time to show her all the tech features and ensured the truck was perfectly prepared for her. The finance department was also quick and transparent. My daughter loves her new Z71, and I feel confident knowing she’s in a safe, capable vehicle. Highly recommend, Go see Mr. Lewis!

I would give 10 Stars if I could. I emailed Lumberton Chevy on a Sunday evening and drove my new Colorado home Tuesday just after lunch. Larry Watson bent over backwards to match me with the truck I wanted and a deal I was happy with I drove past at least 3 other Chevy dealers to work with these folks. Won’t be the last time either. These guys rock!

I recently had to get a recall fixed on my vehicle and as soon as the part came in I was given a call to set up an appointment. I went in expecting it to take about an hour but I walked out within 30 minutes. The customer service was great as well. I will definitely bring my vehicle back in the future!

This is the absolute best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a new vehicle and I’ve purchased many over the years. Matt Deutschlander and Chuck Walter’s worked diligently to find me the right vehicle and to find me a very low interest rate. The whole experience was unbelievable. They treated me like family. A few days ago I experienced the WORST sales interaction I've ever had. The salesman's name is LJ. First he offered me $4k below the minimum KBB price for trade in and once I called him out for it and they automatically counter offered me the minimum price. I understand you have to see the car first but that was the first red flag. Trade-ins fluctuate a little bit but not $4k. I use to sell cars so I know the process and I told him upfront but he still tried to rip me off. But honestly I'm not even mad about the deal, I'm more upset on how LJ handled the situation. After calling him out about the trade-in he replied with "lol you do wanna go there?" and also made the remark "And by the way... we eat good this way." Makes me question how many people this dealership has ripped off in the past. I asked him to send me the manger's number and he never did. I NEVER write reviews but I felt like this was needed. The whole experience was VERY unprofessional.
