Since I live out of town, I decided to begin the process over the phone to save time and avoid another disappointing dealership experience like I’d had in previous months. Be prepared to be taken advantage of especially if you are a female. The advertised price was $36,000 with all incentives which is what got me in the door. I understood I wouldn’t qualify for all of them but their OTD price was $45,000 (9k more than advertised). They also put an MSRP of $13,000 MORE than the window sticker and advertised MSRP that they clearly made up. They tried to tell me the protection package was already added to the vehicle which was clearly a blatant LIE. VERY deceptive business practices. I walked out and even if they offered me an amazing deal, I would not give them my business knowing they likely take advantage of others who are less cognizant.
