# Summary The dealership earns strong praise for its sales department, with customers highlighting transparent pricing, efficient transactions, and personable staff who avoid high-pressure tactics. However, one customer reported serious service department failures, including incomplete repairs, vehicle damage caused by staff, and unresponsive management communication.

Danny and Brad were transparent, professional, and genuinely easy to work with. There were no games, no pressure tactics, and none of the typical "make the customer wait" nonsense. After a test drive, we made an offer and received an immediate, reasonable counteroffer. We shook hands and the paperwork was completed in about 30 minutes. 15 minutes later we were driving off the lot. The entire process took 90 minutes, one of the most efficient and respectful car-buying experiences we've ever had. Danny and Brad earned our future business, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Subject: Extremely Poor Service Experience at Lunde Volkswagen – Unacceptable and Ongoing Issues Rick, I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the ongoing service failures at Lunde Volkswagen in Peoria. If anyone values their newly purchased vehicle, their time, their money, or their sanity, they should stay far away from this dealership. Not only has your service department failed to fix the original issues we brought our car in for, but they have actually created additional problems. The most shocking part is that the vehicle was returned to us with new damage — damage caused by your team — while claiming the car was “fixed.” The audacity of returning a damaged vehicle and presenting it as repaired is beyond unacceptable. Our brand‑new car has now spent more time sitting in your service bay than it has at our own home. Imagine purchasing a new vehicle and barely being able to use it because the dealership refuses to take responsibility for repeated failures. That is exactly the situation we’ve been forced into. To make matters worse, every negative review — including ours — receives the same generic, copy‑and‑paste response from the supposed “Business Owner,” Rick D. These auto‑generated replies only reinforce the lack of genuine customer care and accountability at this dealership. When customers take the time to detail serious issues, a robotic template response is insulting. I will be posting photos showing exactly what your dealership considered “acceptable” to return to a customer. The condition of the vehicle speaks for itself. At this point, the pattern is clear: Lunde Volkswagen has demonstrated incompetence in service, indifference toward customers, and zero ownership of the problems they create. This experience has been nothing short of infuriating. I expect a real response — not another generic template — and immediate steps toward resolving the damage and repeated service failures.

Outstanding purchase experience. I had used Lunde's VW in the past for service but only this week found out how extraordinary they are in sales. Went in on Saturday and test drove a Tiguan that was fresh off the truck. Jake and I took it to the Circle K to fill up the tank and go for a spin. Having owned two Tigs in the past, this was just to see if it handled any differently or if there were any obvious manufacturing issues. Satisfied with the ride we went in to talk numbers. I threw out a borderline ridiculous number and they countered with their "best price". Never being satisfied and having a weird day, I left. I spent the rest of the weekend calling all the other VW dealers in the Valley and struggled to get anyone to match, much less beat the price. I went back in yesterday with my tail between my legs, apologized for being rude and see if they would still honor the price (it was offered at the end of the month). We shook hands, electronically signed the docs. No pressure to buy anything extra, just a simple offer of an extended VW warranty (VERY GOOD IDEAD IF YOU PLAN TO KEEP A VW PAST 4 YEARS!) Since I tend to trade in and out of cars every couple of years, I declined. Lunde's isn't the biggest or flashiest dealer in the Valley but they are honest and treat people fairly, and that is MUCH more important than showing off with a huge new building that, in the long run, you pay for! I'm thrilled that they are my local dealer and look forward to having a relationship with them for many years to come.

I could easily write a detailed three-page review lauding the service I received at Lunde’s Peoria Volkswagen, but attention spans are short these days—so I’ll keep this brief and to the point. If you’re in the market for a car, new or used, I highly recommend this dealership. I was looking for a quality used vehicle and found one I liked advertised by Lunde’s. I contacted them and received a prompt response confirming that the car was available. I scheduled an appointment to see it and was met by a courteous young salesperson named Cody Carlson. He was forthright and transparent throughout both the preliminary inspection and the subsequent test drive. The vehicle was fairly priced, and I decided to buy it. I was pleasantly surprised that there were no hidden or undisclosed fees added to the advertised price. The rest of the transaction was smooth and seamless. Everyone I interacted with—including Drew and Ramon in financing—was professional and friendly. Cody even arranged for the vehicle to be delivered to my home free of charge. It was sincerely the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Thank you to all the great people at Lunde’s Peoria Volkswagen!

Tyler at Lunde’s Peoria Volkswagen is fantastic. He’s always helpful, quick, and incredibly understanding. I was dealing with a recurring squeaking noise and unfortunately had poor experiences at two other VW service centers closer to home. At Volkswagen in Phoenix, I waited over three hours with an appointment just to be told it was my brake pads and I needed to replace them immediately. At North Scottsdale Volkswagen, they completed service after I told them what VW Phoenix diagnosed it as without fully investigating the issue and charged me an absurd amount that I had to waste a ridiculous amount of time to dispute. After the break pads were replaced, I was still hearing the noise... Tyler and the team actually took the time (which was rather quick, might I add) to diagnose the issue and found the real cause: my front right tire, not the brakes. He was honest, efficient, and reliable, and I felt respected as a customer. Got my tire replaced and the noise disappeared. I will gladly drive out to Peoria solely for this service center. Highly recommend Tyler and the Lunde’s team.
