My experience at Lundgren was phenomenal. Nick was very helpful and explained everything I needed to know about my new vehicle. The seat in the Crosstrek has been changed and makes it possible for me to drive in comfort. Thank you to Nick and the Lundgren team for making this experience one of ease and satisfaction. I searched for a vehicle for months. This dealership / Joe was the only one which didn't try to hard sell me on car, financing, or upgrades. The car was exactly as described online with no "Surprises". I left after the test drive feeling good, came back and made the deal. Overall a great experience. I will definitely be back.

I called the service department at 4pm for a flat tire, the ordered the tire I needed and had it fixed by 1pm the next day at a price almost $100 cheaper than the shop closer to me. Highly recommend!
