Lance went above and beyond to send us videos inside and out of the car before we made the 3 1/2 hour trip to drive it!! Thank you Lance I appreciate all of your time and effort!! He also was the only salesman that didn’t make me get in the backseat on a test drive!! Very easy to work with. We love the car and we would definitely shop with Lance again, highly recommended!!

Adam Prekker has always been one of the reasons I like coming back. He’s just down to earth and easy to talk to. I have enjoyed the Sales Managers over the years as well. They don’t talk down to me and are reasonable. I was able to negotiate to the price that I was looking for so it was a great visit. And it was a breeze through Finance!

I called about 5 days out to make an appointment to get an issue fixed on my HD 3500 pickup. They stated they had a 10 am opening on the 18th. I explained that I needed it back by close of business that day. We dropped the truck off at 10 am that day and I explained that I needed the truck back by end of day. He stated that he would get it in and then call to explain what the issue is. The biggest issue was that call came 6 hours later and I was told they just got it in and was looking at now and in the morning they would know more. So I stated "so I won't be getting my truck back tonight even after I said multiple times that I needed it back. Why make an appointment if that time means absolutely nothing? I did have them doing some maintenance stuff but at that time I wanted just the warranty work getting done and nothing else. And for this reason I won't go back for anything other than warranty work!! If I had a choice I wouldn't even do that . They never told me that the extended warranty they sold me was only good there unless I lived more than 40 miles away. I'm only 27 miles away. Ron

I brought my car in to be looked at because the service engine light had been on for a while. I'm a 66-year-old female. I've worked with Tom Romig a few times. The first time meeting him, I asked if he could bring his language down to about a 4th-grade level so I could understand it. He did; he has a great sense of humor. He always keeps me updated on the process of my car. I brought my car to two other places before coming to this dealership, and I knew right away I should have brought a man with me. I have never had this feeling with Tom. He makes you very comfortable, and I will continue to keep going to him.

We had a great experience working with this Abdi S. He was super easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and never pushy. He took the time to answer all of our many questions and made sure we felt comfortable with everything before moving forward. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, which isn’t always the case when buying a vehicle. I really appreciated his honesty and helpful attitude, and I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle!
