Would not recommend Found out the extra coverage was a scam, the price was not really competitive, and they did not honor the 1st oil change. (Or call when it just expired like Chevrolet did recently) They also did not have any of the common accessories in stock (same for uncommon) and they were all overpriced. I have bought from these guys twice now. All the sales persons are great and have fun personalities. They are all so fast to answer any questions. I got a 2026 Jeep Compass and my hubby a 2026 Ram truck same day. They handled the transactions smoothly and made sure we were happy with everything. Even driving the new cars for almost a couple months now I am still able to contact our awesome sales lady Mariana and get fast replies. She made such a good impression even on my teenage daughter that now wants to be a car salesperson. I will continue to work with them when the time comes.

My vehicle has reportedly been at the dealership since March while I’ve dealt with repeated delays, lack of clear resolution, and additional transportation expenses. I ultimately had to involve the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office just to receive proper follow-up regarding my concerns. I believe communication, accountability, and customer care could have been handled much better throughout this situation. I hope management takes concerns like this more seriously moving forward and improves how customers are treated when major repair disputes arise. I regret not reviewing the customer feedback before purchasing. After experiencing ongoing service and management issues firsthand, I later discovered multiple customers describing similar concerns involving communication, repairs, and overall service experiences. I hope the dealership takes these complaints seriously and works toward better accountability and customer care.

I just bought a 2025 Grand Cherokee from Jason Ecker last week. He is such a great salesman and will make sure that you get the best deal possible! He is very trustworthy and is honest and up front. The process at this dealer isn’t like other places I’ve bought vehicles before. It was easier and I felt more at ease.
