We walked in researching an Ioniq 5 and walked out with one — and honestly, the experience was as good as the car. Shue is everything you hope for in a salesperson: kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely professional, but beyond that he’s just a good person. You can feel it. He never pressured, never rushed, and when it came time to learn our new car, he took extra time to walk us through every feature and made sure it was perfectly paired with both of our phones. That kind of care isn’t standard — it’s rare. A special shoutout to Isaiah, who kept the Diet Coke flowing and made the whole afternoon feel welcoming, and to Adam in the business office who handled our paperwork with impressive efficiency. Everyone we encountered seemed to actually like being there, which says a lot about the culture of this dealership. We’ve bought cars before. This was different. Five stars isn’t enough.

I am disappointed with my experience after purchasing my 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy from Luther Burnsville Hyundai. Before taking delivery, I identified a visible paint defect that had to be documented on a “We Owe” form. While my salesperson, Isaiah, was helpful and worked with management to acknowledge the issue, the overall vehicle delivery experience fell well below my expectations for a new vehicle, especially a flagship SUV. The vehicle did not appear to have been properly detailed before delivery. I found dead ants, marks on the seats, and later noticed significant dust and dirt buildup along the window channels when I lowered the windows. These issues made me question whether a proper pre-delivery inspection and detailing process had been completed. It has now been several days since delivery, and I have not received any follow-up regarding the paint repair or next steps. However, I have received multiple requests to complete a customer satisfaction survey before the outstanding issues have been addressed. I am a returning customer and previously purchased my 2024 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid from this same dealership. That positive experience is one of the reasons I returned. Unfortunately, this experience has been disappointing, not because of the salesperson, but because of the dealership’s lack of communication, quality control, and delivery preparation. I hope the dealership will proactively reach out, resolve the paint issue, and restore confidence in the customer experience.

Tyson was everything you would want in a car salesman. He was welcoming, super knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. Working with Tyson made my car buying experience fun. He was there every step of the way with me. Tyson continued to check in with me after my purchase to make sure I didn’t have any questions or concerns and to make sure I’m still loving my car which goes a long way with me.
