# Summary The dealership receives strong praise for its clean facilities, knowledgeable sales staff, responsive customer service, and efficient service department, with multiple customers highlighting positive experiences and individual staff members by name. However, one customer reported significant issues with the sales process, including poor communication, delayed paperwork handling, undisclosed vehicle defects, and misrepresented inventory, though they noted the service department remained helpful throughout.
I had an excellent experience at Luther Cadillac. The facility is exceptionally clean, welcoming, and comfortable. The large waiting area offers refreshments and snacks, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Riley for making my vehicle purchase such a positive experience. Riley was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the process. He took the time to answer my questions and ensured everything went smoothly from start to finish. If you’re looking for a dealership that values customer service and provides a comfortable environment, I highly recommend Luther Cadillac. Thank you, Riley, and the entire team for a great car-buying experience!
5 star experience! I have bought 5 vehicles in the last 7 years and none of those vehicles have been purchased within 200 miles of my home. I shop for the best available vehicles and at the best price. The Team at Luther Cadillac far exceeded my experiences with past dealerships. This was the first time my complete shopping experience was conducted over the phone, email, FaceTime, and mail. The vehicle arrived today and its is exactly as described. The interior is spotless and no unmentioned discrepancies on the exterior. I will continue to shop their website and I recommend you do the same. If you live nearby you have to make Luther Cadillac a must when shopping for a new or used Cadillac and for any other make vehicles they have in their inventory. This was my first Cadillac and first EV. I came in well informed, but still had a few real-world questions as I was preparing to make the switch to something new. Dave Ingram was excellent to work with throughout, knowledgeable, responsive, and straight to the point in the best way. When I finally selected my new EV SUV, he was able to arrange for the perfect one to be transported in from an out-of-state dealership. He made the process feel easy without ever overdoing it or adding pressure. After delivery, we noticed a minor cosmetic factory issue, and Dave quickly stepped in and took care of it for us with minimal hassle. It was fixed in about a half hour while I waited. Overall, it was a smooth, low-stress experience with great follow-through both before and after the sale. I’d confidently recommend both Dave Ingram and the dealership to anyone looking at a Cadillac or making the jump to an EV.
I have had my German 2018 Buick Regal Sportback serviced at this Cadillac dealership for sometime now and they’ve always been very accommodating and do a great job! Philip Thrane always gives me platinum quality customer service and makes recommendations based on the mileage history of my vehicle. They provided me with a great loaner caddy while they had my car for a day replacing various fluids and my spark plugs, which was overdue to be done. The customer waiting lounge has a great coffee machine that can make you just about any variety of coffee you want, and snacks and water also readily available. This dealership truly lives up to one of Cadillac’s slogans of being The Symbol of Excellence!
I bought a non-Cadillac Vehicle from them. First time I showed up to look at it got stuck in a room waiting and then had to walk the whole lot with the salesman trying to find it. He then couldn't figure out how to open it. Turns out it had a dead battery. They told me to come back. Called the next couple days and never got back to me. Finally came back and was able to drive it and was all good. There were some things wrong with it that I was hoping they would fix. One they did, and another the salesman said he would buy the part for me (a trim piece in the back seat that was missing) which obviously never happened. They said they had a set of spare rims and tires for the vehicle which were "good enough for some miles". Negotiations they didn't budge much but overall price was decent enough that I still made the purchase because they were really close and convenient. Agreement was made that I would pick it up on Monday. Got a ride into work, did the credit app morning of by 10am, salesmen said to show up at 1:30 - I mentioned I had to be somewhere at 5. Show up when they told me to, then was told they were waiting on Finance guy to finish. Not a huge deal, but then they find me a half hour later and say there are actually a few in front of you. I asked when they could get me in and he said 330 so he drove me back to work. Then get dropped off again at 330 and they still weren't ready. I asked what the plan was since I had gotten a ride and didn't have a car and they didn't provide any solutions, so I had to pay someone to drive me where I needed to go and then pay someone else even more to drive an hour out of their way. Got a ride in again the next morning and had to wait some again for finance. Mind you the finance piece is not an issue with a large down payment and excellent credit so should have been easy. Tried to sell me an extended warranty even though there was already on one with the car but give them a bit of a pass since they likely didn't know since it is not their typical car to sell. Get through that and then go to leave and the keycard for the car wasn't working. They weren't wanting to help but I had an appointment so got in the car and had to leave. By the time I left work the dealer was closed, but as I was sitting there I realized the windshield was cracked. I work under a mile away and dead straight. No cars were in front of me. Dealer tried to deny that it was cracked when it left there but it is not possible for it to have cracked in that time. Manager was argumentative and not willing to fix that. There were some other issues that were discovered that they did take over to the Manufacturers dealer for me to get fixed (but these were under warranty so didn't cost Luther anything other than the deductible) - while this was being done they did give me a loaner and regular updates which was very nice. The service department overall was pretty good. When they emailed me the finance package with copies of my documents/purchase agreement they put a PIN Code on it they did not share with me and have called multiple times and left messages that were never returned. I had also tried to talk to the manager because when he sent me pictures of the spare rims and tires, he did so very deceivingly. When I attempted to put them on I discovered 2 tires had the tire cord showing which means they are definitely not in any road worthy shape at all. I was told I could probably get a year out of them which is very disappointing Moral of the story here - be very careful. The dealership cannot be fully trusted, and once you are out the door, they don't really care. If I could break this review up between sales and service I would. I want to stress again that the service department is very very good (although a bit pricy) and I have used them for my other vehicle and will continue to do so
