Everything was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free from start to finish. The paperwork guy, Russ was also fantastic — he explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made the paperwork process quick and easy. We just had another great experience at Hopkins Honda, and this is due to the great support/service that Bonnie Pipkorn provided. This is the 3rd vehicle that we bought from Bonnie, but was our first used car. Because this wasn’t a Honda and Bonnie wasn’t familiar with all the specs, she watched YouTube videos and figured out all of the features while we were signing paperwork. This also meant that the battery got tired/drained and needed a quick jump before we left :) giving us all a little chuckle at the end of the day. She is extremely helpful and gave good advice on our options and what would work best for our daughter. Thank you again Bonnie and Hopkins Honda, we truly appreciate all of you!!

I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. I came in to lease a 2026 Honda CR-V, and Fernando Serna was extremely helpful, friendly, and very professional. He explained all the lease options clearly and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. I also noticed that all the staff were very kind and professional, and the dealership itself is clean, organized, and a very nice place to be. It really made the experience even better.
