Luther INFINITI of Bloomington

I've been coming to Luther Infiniti to purchase parts and service now for about a year since I bought my Infiniti M37. Cody Arlington has been BRILLIANT with his amazing customer service skills. He goes out of his way to ensure that I've purchased all the parts I need for whatever job I need to do. He'll also be very prompt with replies to my emails requesting parts. If any place that knows how to mess up your car when repairing, leave it for Luther infinity of Bloomington and they denied of any wrong doing. Brought my car in for a recalled. To start this story my car works just fine, nothing is wrong with it. Took my car in on a Tuesday after my work hour and they gave me a loaner for the day. I got home and they called me up saying that the recalled didn't have any affect on my vehicle then they went on telling me what is going on with my car and what they recommend repairing. They sent me the video explaining what needs or recommended for repairing or replaced. Two days after I got my car back from their shop, the car makes all kind of noises when driven and suddenly died on the road, I had to called a towe truck to hauled to their shop. They said it's part of the recalled that's why my car died, so they said an engine will need to be replaced, but my car works just fine, no complaints the six years I had my car. They also torn my bumper and said I did it and the manager told me to report to my insurance but why should I have to do that when they the one who took my car apart and did the damages to it, to make long story short, my car now have other issues since I got the car back from them.

I can’t say enough great things about this car repair shop! From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The team is knowledgeable, honest, and truly takes pride in their work. They took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my car, walked me through my options, and made sure I felt comfortable with the repairs. The quality of the work was fantastic and the turnaround time was quick, the pricing was fair, and there were no surprise charges. It’s hard to find a shop you can fully trust, but this is definitely one of them. If you’re looking for reliable, professional, and top-notch auto service, I highly recommend this place. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else!

I bought my 2018 Q50 from a GM dealership outside the Twin Cities. Shortly after purchasing, it required new turbochargers. The dealership sent my car over 50 miles away to Bloomington Infiniti for service. Even though there's other dealerships closer to where I live I continue to drive further because of the top quality service at Luther Bloomington Infiniti. Lance in service helped me more than a couple times now. He is very well versed in dealing with the warranty companies. Lance has gone to bat for me with favorable results on multiple occasions. My warranty includes a loaner and each repair I was set up with a brand new Infiniti.
