First time I've ever had a sales person build me a webpage with cars to choose from. Learned about the model and available trims quickly, and was able to zone in on a trim that met our requirements, all while understanding the terms and price (that was easy to compare while deciding). Signing was quick, the whole appointment was efficient. Great car! Looking forward to doing business again. Everyone here was super helpful and efficient! I appreciate they reached out to me throughout the course of my lease to make sure I was happy and taken care of. Approaching the end of my lease there was no question of where I would go back to. They ensured me they had the car I wanted and found a convenient time for me to come in and complete paperwork.

We bought a new Kia Carnival from here a few days ago and the experience was very smooth and the staff was lovely to work with. I worked with Anel and he was very responsive and helpful with texts before I was able to make it to the dealer. Once there he gave good guidance and advice on what car would work best for our growing family. Once we decide to purchase the process was surprisingly smooth and fast and we left in a timely fashion. Very happy with our purchase and experience!

We bought a used car at this dealership. I'll share my experience. The day we went to test drive the car, beforehand we asked the salesman if the car had any problems, and he told us it was in perfect condition and that he had checked everything. When we started the test drive, we realized the air conditioning wasn't working. For us, this was a red flag. However, the salesman seemed surprised and immediately said it was something that could be fixed. I asked why the car didn't have a spare tire, and one of the managers confidently told us that Kia Optimas don't come with a spare tire, and that in fact, many models of the brand no longer do. Honestly, I found it really strange since I've always owned Kias, and they always come with spare tires. I decided to look it up online to clear things up, and sure enough, they do come with them. The manager either lied to me or incredibly didn't know, even though he works every day at a Kia dealership. After finishing the test drive and trusting that they would resolve the issue, we decided to proceed with the purchase. They told us we had to schedule an appointment for another day to fix the air conditioning. We live two hours from the dealership, but we said yes, that it was no problem. When we went to the appointment, they attended to us, and after finishing the service, they returned the car washed. To our surprise, the entire hood was scratched. We notified them immediately, and they indicated that it couldn't have been their fault. They never took responsibility for it. That's why I recommend to anyone who has their car serviced at this dealership not to let them wash it unless they want their entire car scratched. Well, that same day, on the way home, the air conditioning stopped working. This time it wouldn't even turn on. And yes, we had to schedule another appointment, and we lived two hours away, which made traveling there very complicated. Then, on the last visit, they finally resolved the air conditioning problem. Here we share our experience with this dealership. They're friendly during sales, but they don't inspire confidence. Their service and warranty processes could be improved. If they do something to your car, like scratch it, they'll never resolve the issue. Personally, I'll never visit a Luther dealership again. I forgot to mention that their communication is poor when it comes to warranties.

Buying my first new car was an incredible experience! Anel was so patient and made sure I fully understood all the car's features and the Luther Advantage. Mike in finance was also fantastic—he made sure the entire payment process went smoothly and was easy to understand. Highly recommend this team for any first-time buyer!
