# Summary The dealership receives praise for its sales team's professionalism, patience, and customer service, with multiple reviewers highlighting positive experiences during the vehicle purchase process. However, the service department has faced significant criticism regarding communication failures, incomplete diagnostics, and unresponsiveness to customer concerns, with at least one reviewer reporting serious safety-related issues that went undisclosed.

I had a great experience purchasing my Kia Sportage Hybrid from Ahmednor Yusuf at Kia of Inver Grove. Ahmednor was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions clearly and made sure I understood all of my options. He was honest, friendly, and made the car-buying experience smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated his excellent customer service and attention to detail. Thanks to Ahmednor, I was able to get the exact Kia Sportage Hybrid I wanted. I highly recommend Ahmednor Yusuf to anyone looking to buy a vehicle at Kia of Inver Grove. Thank you for making this such a positive experience!

We'll be careful with this place and their recommendations. I came for a general inspection with my check engine light which I already had it done in a different place I just want to make sure what was the exact issue with it. Bottom line I paid 400 USD for basically something that I already knew and I left the building with a almost 7k estimate to fix the problem and recommendations. Recommendations that literally the car doesn't need because is already done. They gave me recommendations guessing things that might be done. No pictures, no videos, nothing just words, I went to a different business to verify if they were telling something right, guess what nothing was right completely waste of time and money this place

This dealership exceeded my expectations and were amazing with helping out in the buying process. We eventually picked out The Vehicle after some time and tears (because my wife didn’t want to see her car go, but wanted something different). Elmer (my salesman) was amazing, Phil (not our salesman, but the most helpful guy), Brandon (the finance guy), Isaac/ Aliyh (the two upfront when you walk in to the dealership) were all amazing!!! Honestly, if I could, I would buy more cars just to keep going back. They were all wonderful and very easy to work with.

I would like to commend Tou Thao, the Hmong Sales Consultant. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable in explaining the sales process and all that, even as I'm a bit out of date on some of the sales process and found it quite confusing and overwhelming. He is also quite knowledgeable and down to earth and approachable. I enjoy my red EV6 Wind i bought from him. The finance manager was also reasonable about explaining different options without being too pushy. I would definitely buy from Tou again.

The service department is an absolute joke and the most untrustworthy. I had to make an appointment for some recall work on my 2018 Soul. I told them during the initial call that I could not leave my vehicle overnight unless I was warned well in advance or had a loaner since the following day I absolutely needed a vehicle. I even said I would separate the appointments to make sure I wasn’t in a situation. I then reminded them of this when I dropped it off at 9am. I got a text message at 230 saying someone would be contacting me shortly with more information. At 415ish I finally called in since I had not gotten any other updates and someone picked up the phone but never actually said hello or talked to me. Then I got a text at 430 saying it would not be getting done but would be first thing in the morning, so me saying I couldn’t leave my vehicle overnight just wasn’t a concern for anyone I guess. Fast forward to our first time driving the vehicle after picking it up and the air bag light is on (an airbag update and the ignition was part of what they worked on) so I called in to let them know. I was told that they needed to talk to the service advisor that did the job and they would call me back shortly with an update. That was around 2pm on Tuesday. Wednesday at 10:10am I finally called back to see what was going on and what I should be doing. At that point I was told oh just bring it in we will look at it quick for you. So why couldn’t I have been told that yesterday? Now we get to today. I get told the vehicle needs a new steering wheel lock spring and it’s about $400 to replace. Then come to find out the code was supposedly on the original pre scan and they just decided they didn’t need to say anything about it to me. So thank the lord that light came on for me to even be told about it. But I find it extremely interesting that now the light is no longer on, almost like a code was cleared or they did something and tried to cover their butts or something. The service manager we did end up talking to offered to cover half the cost and that was about the only decent part of any of the interactions I had, but really thinking about it if your service people didn’t do their job correctly in telling me there was a code before touching my vehicle that shouldn’t fall back on me to be taking care of. You decided to work on it and let me find an issue on my own. And what if that light never came on? Would I have finally known there was an issue when the airbag malfunctioned? Mind you this was all after they refused to help when the engine went out in 2021 and I had to call a different dealer for them to tell me that my engine actually had a recall on it and needed to be switched out anyways. I gave Luther a second chance since that is where I actually bought this car from and before that leased 2 vehicles but it is clear as day at this point Luther only cares about the money they can bring in, not their customers or their safety and I will be letting my family members that have vehicles with you to use any another service center and they will be in better hands.
