LUV Toyota Bradford

I just bought my car yesterday from Luv Toyota with the help of Mark and I truly had an amazing experience. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and as a young female, I was terrified to walk in by myself. I have heard that dealerships can be intimidating and I was worried of being taken advantage of. That was definitely not the case. I scheduled a test drive the night before, walked in and Mark greeted me immediately and he is very pleasant. I don’t like people being fake nice in an attempt to get something from you, but he was very genuine and easy to talk to. After the test drive, I loved the car and it was a smooth process from there. I waited for the ‘gotchu’ moment, but it never came. Everyone there was friendly and smiled as they walked past. I was offered water and coffee and overall at a smooth and easy time. I have heard of being stuck in dealerships all day, but in less than three hours I was able to have the car of my dreams. It is a great upgrade from my very first car. Mark helped me feel confident in driving it and made me feel comfortable buying it as well. No added pressure, all smiles and laughs. I would 100% purchase from them again!!!

After 10 years and 165,000 miles with my Ford Escape it was time for a replacement. In February, I began researching the top 5 SUVs for 2026. I decided on 2026 Toyota RAV4 Woodland Hybrid AWD in Everest. It was a challenge to find. Most are sold before they reach the dealership. Luckily LUV Toyota of Bradford had exactly what I wanted. I worked with their Product Specialist, Gary Wert. My car had been preorder by the dealership and was expected in early May of 2026. I visited the LUV Toyota the next day and was introduced to all the members of the team. My golden retriever even managed to sneak and in a joy ride and a photo op with one of the team members. I made arrangements to trade in the Escape and sign the deal agreement. While waiting for the arrival of the RAV4 Woodland I took the AARP safe driver class for an insurance incentive. I viewed online videos to learn about Toyota technology and safety features. Gary kept me up to date on the processing delivery of the car. I was over the moon when my car arrived a week earlier than I expected. The team asissted with insuring, registering, inspecting and securing license plates for New York State. I am now a happy and proud owner of a 2026 Toyota RAV4 Woodland AWD Hybrid in Everest. Thank you LUV Toyota of Bradford!

Jake and Keersten were amazing. They accepted my trade in and got me in my new Rav fast. The only complaint I have is that the service department isn’t open on Saturday, my only day off. Even if they were open until noon on Saturday, it would be a huge help.
