100% the best car buy experience! Spencer was the most helpful, knowledgeable and easy to deal with salesperson ever! The whole experience was amazing and walked out with what we were looking for. Will definitely be returning and recommending.

Love my car (so far), however, not happy with the lies told. I left my car there for a few days to be worked on and detailed. They did NOT do what was agreed upon. One guy tried to talk me out of what I requested. The sales rep was nice and listened to my concerns. He agreed to make everything right, before I took the car home.. When I came to pick it up, I was not happy. They just did a quick glue job on the fascia rather than replacing it like they said they were doing. The handle on the passenger side was "fixed" but it's still loose and was done poorly. There was a stain on the arm rest and the saleman promised a full detail. It was returned to me dirtier than it was when I first bought it.. still stained. Also, the auto start start battery was not replaced. Do not sign a contract without all the details included as they do not stick to their word at all. My first experience with a dealership and I will never forget this. Do not recommend this place at all, unfortunately.

We had such a great experience working with Spencer Golden! He was absolutely amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He really listened to what we wanted, answered all our questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress free. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people find the right car for them and not telling you what he would thinks would be best for you. He is there for YOU not just for the sale. Highly recommend asking for Spencer if you’re shopping for a car! We will definitely be returning as loyal customers.

I'm happy with the used vehicle I purchased, but the buying experience was adequate. I live several hours away, so I was buying site unseen. When I first inquired about the vehicle a salesperson messaged my phone, and I responded. After a couple of messages the responses slowed, then a different sales person messaged me. I did receive one phone call, and I was sent a video of a walk around of the jeep. I found the vehicle on cargurus and it said it would be $198 to ship the vehicle to my home. The dealership would not honor that shipping price, blamed Cargurus and told me it would be $400. The asking price of the vehicle was good enough I went ahead and purchased it. They sent me a link to a portal to upload my license and insurance info. After that, I had to reach out the the dealership each time to find out where we were in the buying process. Things only took two days, but communication wasn't great. Scheduling delivery was very confusing as they told me they would hire a third party to deliver it. I wask when I could receive delivery and they just said "we are scheduling it". Delivery ended up being the day after I paid for the vehicle, however I was not given any options on when I could receive it. They just said - it will be there between 8 - 11 pm, never asked if I would be available during that time or day. They gave the driver the wrong address and he barely spoke English, but it all worked out. I did not trade my current vehicle in with them since several local dealerships offered me thousands more than they did. Overall the experience was adequate.

Luxury and Imports is a fantastic place to work with, when looking for a new vehicle. We had Spencer Golden as our salesman and he went above and beyond to be sure we got into the vehicle we wanted. We ran into a few roadblocks, but he never gave up and was persistent on helping us get the vehicle. Couldn’t ask for a better experience! Definitely recommend Spencer if you’re looking to get a new vehicle. He will not disappoint! 😊
