Luxury Motors of Rehoboth Beach

I had the absolute best experience at Luxury Motors. I’d been searching for a BMW convertible for months and kept striking out at high-end dealerships until I found this place. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed (even the dog greeted me with a friendly lick!). The staff treated me with the utmost respect and never once felt pushy. When I decided to proceed, the process was straightforward and remarkably quick. My salesperson took great care of me from start to finish, making the whole experience seamless. I’m truly a happy camper and couldn’t be more satisfied. Five stars all the way!

After searching for 5 months on the internet at different dealerships in and out of state, I finally noticed that luxury Motors in Rehoboth Beach had the Mercedes convertible I was looking for. Turns out it was a AMG Biturbo, super fast beautiful Mercedes convertible which was even a better deal. We went there late to look at the Mercedes only to find out the dealership was closed, but Ron the service guy showed us the car. Ron called Leslie and we made arrangements to meet with her monday morning to finalize deal. If I didn't know better I would have said that Ron and Leslie were old friends from the past. After finalizing the paperwork, Leslie kept updating us on when our tag and title would be in to pick up. Words cannot describe the sale experience, and service that we've received from Leslie. I would recommend anyone wanting to buy a vehicle to see Leslie. Luxury Motors should be proud to have such an awesome salesperson working for them. 5-star service from Ron and Leslie. I purchased a 2021 Range Rover in the fall. The car only came with one key. When i picked up the vehicle The owner told me they would order a second and contact me when it came in. After a few weeks I called and no one knew anything about the key. I tried several times and stopped by once and again they all claimed ignorance.the owner was not available at any of these calls or the time I went there. As I needed a second key for back up, I had to go to a dealer to order. The key and programming cost $850. When i submitted the receipt to Leslie who i was told would handle this, she called and said they never provide an additional key. I told her the owner said he would get it and never did. She said emphatically we are not reeimbursing you. ! Unfortunate response and poor customer service . My husband is in the market for another car. Wont be going back.I would not recommend doing business with them.

I purchased a car from Luxury Motors in October. After 2 weeks, I noticed the car was “bouncy”. I took it back and it needed new shocks, which they replaced (at my cost). Upon picking up the car, a “check headlight system” warning light was on, that had not been on when I dropped it off for the new shocks. We checked the lights, they all worked, so I said I would bring it back later when I had more time and they could investigate. I got an oil change in the meantime, and the dealer said there was damage to the sensor from when the shocks were replaced. I shared this with Luxury motors, and they said the issues were not related. They recommended a different mechanic, and he, too, said the damage had been done when the shocks were replaced. I had the car fixed, shared this with Luxury motors, and was told they would not pay for the repair. I would not recommend buying a car from this establishment.

Update to my previous review. Wish I knew then what I know now. They might try and dismiss this review, but all is backed up from two separate MB mechanics who ACTUALLY inspected the car. STAY AWAY and do not even consider buying a vehicle from this lot. I recently purchased a car from them that unknown to me required MAJOR work totaling over $6K. Oil leaks, power steering pump, brakes, etc... All should have been identified and repaired prior to selling the car to me ESPECIALLY since when I asked, they told me the car had been gone over thoroughly and has no issues, no leaks, brakes are good, etc... Beware of their 30-day, 1000 mile limited warranty. It's VERY limited and requires any work that is performed to be accomplished from one of their local buddy's garage and they only pay for 1/2 of the total costs. The runaround you'll get with accusations that maybe all of whatever is wrong with the car they sold you just started happening is exactly what gives used car lots a bad name... and they've certainly earned theirs and then some. Their cars are definitely shiny but do yourself a favor and don't pull into their lot like I did, you'll regret it forever. Previous review the day I bought the car: William was great and stayed after closing to ensure I was able to test drive a few cars and finally decide on a 2007 SL550 Roadster. He completed all paperwork and processing seamlessly - seriously the best car buying experience I've ever had. Thanks again William! Tony
