My husband and I had the most wonderful and rewarding experience going through the vehicle purchase process with Jack Kleinke and team at Lynch Chevrolet. We worked with Jack for about three weeks before we were able to travel from Missouri to view and test drive our 2025 Chevy High Country. We made it to Lynch about 15 minutes late on 3-14, but Jack was kind and understanding. He was curious about our lives and our family and shared stories of his young life and family with us. We started our test drive at about 10:45 and by 1pm or so, we were leaving the dealership after making arrangements to purchase the vehicle. Everyone was so kind and generous to work with. Patti, the Finance Manager was thorough and fun as she worked through the complexities of selling a car to out of state customers. We met other team members like Taylor and Tom that greeted us and referred us to reputable restaurants to experience while we were in Milwaukee. This dealership and its employees function as a warm, big, family hug. Our truck was in top class shape and anything that was missing (like headphones for the infotainment center) was replaced by Jack before the car was shipped. Give Lynch a chance, I would do business with this team again if given the opportunity. Keep doing good work Jack, you have a phenomenal career and life ahead of you.
