Great service department. Great communication and quality work. Thanks! Brenden kept me informed and assured me they were working diligently to resolve my warranty issue. Lynch is not the closest Dlr. to me but it's worth the extra drive for great quality work.

My son is a broke college kid and was looking for a car. We spent a long and frustrating week shopping for a used cars at multiple other dealerships. We felt like every dealership we visited treated us the same way. My son said it best. “Dad…..it seems like nobody cares about what our needs are. They just want to sell us a car from their lot even if it they know it doesn’t fit us.” We finally ended up making the 45 minute drive down to Mukwonago to visit Lynch. From the minute we walked in and met Patrick, we felt like we were listed to and cared about. Patrick was nothing short of AWESOME. Zero pressure. Friendly. Listened to our needs. Understood our tight budget. We came to look at a car that we thought was out of our price range and he said he would see what he could do. After a brief visit with the sales manager, Patrick came back and said “we know how tough it is in this market, especially for a college kid. We are going to help him out.” He then gave us a price that we didn’t think would be offered. Well within our budget and no games! Such a great experience all the way around. Patrick and the entire team at Lynch are well worth the trip if you’re looking for a great buying experience. We will definitely be shopping with Lynch going forward. Damian was on the ball and incredibly helpful when I came in to buy a car. I knew what I wanted but I’d never gone to a dealership alone. He did a superb job going over every question I had. “I had new tires installed at Lynch Mukwonago in November, but by March, the driver’s side front tire blew out. The first tire also failed at the sidewall. After that, they replaced it, but just a month later, the new tire also developed a sidewall break. When I informed them, calling it a manufacturing defect, they refused, saying they only replace a tire once. Given that both tires failed in the same way, this is clearly a manufacturing fault. Despite my attempts, they refused to help. I strongly advise others to avoid Lynch Mukwonago for tire services, as they do not stand by their products.”
