I called to inquire about a specific car and Tim Howard answered the phone and we set up a time the next day to come look at it. When we arrived Tim had the car out front and ready. We decided we wanted to see a different style and he had it out front within 5 minutes. He is very knowledgeable, and had the patience of a saint. We ended up buying the car we didn’t even come in for. He was with us every step of the way. Before we left he showed us all the features of the car, gave us his card and said call him anytime if we had issues or just had a question. I highly recommend Tim to anyone looking for a car. We also had a great experience with the finance person, he wasn’t pushy, explained everything and gave us all our options. In all my adult life, this was by far the best experience buying a vehicle! My shopping experience at Lynn Layton Cadillac was excellent. It made me think of the "good old days" where the dealer was interested in gaining a customer not making a onetime profit.
