Bought a 2019 Volvo vhd and the night they delivered it, half the rear lights were out. Tried the AC to find out that it didn't work. I tried to charge it to find out the cooler had a hole in it with JB weld holding it together. Called my salesman to find out that the delivery driver informed him that it was not working. The truck started leaking oil to find out once again that JB weld was used to try and stop that leak. The second axle seal was also leaking the moment I received it. They say they put their trucks through an inspection process but clearly they don't. The truck wouldn't pass a DOT inspection with all the issues it has. Talked to the used truck manager, Tim Behrens, who was rude and said that none of those things have to do with a DOT inspection. Buyer beware they don't stand behind anything they sell. Photos uploaded. All problems happened after 1 week of ownership.

Service and parts are both AWESOME. Come here several times a week for our Volvo trucks. Parts dept is very proactive and will get stuff together ahead of time with a quick call or text. Professional service every time! Highly recommend -

I deal with the guys in parts daily. They are very knowledgeable and insightful with tech questions. If they don't know off hand they will find out for you.

The worst customer service ever. The guy in the parts, white and younger was rude and disrespected me. I called him beforehand if he has mudflaps, he is asked if I need angled or straight, I got him wrong and said angled, I thought he is talking about the bottom part where some of them are more round edges. When I came to purchase mudflaps he brought those angled ones and I realized that I need straight ones. I told him that I got him wrong and he is like “ you should have told me that on the phone” then I said I misunderstood you then he said “really😏” Then he brought those straight ones and after I purchased them I went out and checked the size with another mudflap that I had but it was bigger. Then I went inside and said if he has smaller ones, he took them and the invoice, refunded money without saying anything and at the end he said “I dont have nothing smaller” he better learn how to respect customers

Came here to pickup after PM a leased on full service truck and upon starting it found check engine light. It turns out repairs needed but truck was here for a week already. And they decline responsibility for driver time and living expenses, setting up any trucking company who deals with them for a bad reputation.
