I had the most pleasurable experience here working with Anthony Belton! This was my first time buying a new car and I felt nervous going into the whole process and doing it alone, but the entire team here made me feel appreciated, seen and relaxed the entire time. I saw the vehicle I wanted on their inventory lot online, said I was interested online and within the hour I received a phone call to discuss the vehicle. Everything was mostly taken care of online or via phone, they helped get me the best deal on everything, and they began my paperwork that evening, and the next morning I went in to sign the paperwork on it. Syed was upfront, honest and super helpful! He truly went above and beyond to work with us! He gave us a close estimate of the payments and he hit it on the low end! AJ in finance was friendly and not pushy about add on warranty and benefits. We got what we needed and it was accepted. Enjoyed our visit there! My kids enjoyed the ice cream and I enjoyed the coffee! Not your typical coffee machine either, you had specialty options galore! I love my first TAHOE! I give them a 100 out of 100!

Bryan Lacy, Anthony Belton, and Lori Ann Martinez at Mac Haik took absolutely great care of me. It started with Bryan who helped me get almost everything done over the phone before I ever showed up to the dealership. He walked me through everything and had all the approvals done and ready when I did show up. When I got to the dealership Anthony showed me several options and in the end for the truck with everything I wanted on it. Then Lori Ann was super fast and efficient closing our deal and getting us on the road fast. They even delivered my new truck to my house 2 days later and picked up my old one once the one I ordered got in. This is my second truck I have bought from Mac Haik and I know it will not be my last. Great hard working people, great selection, and fair prices.
