Robert was amazing at helping us find the Jeep we needed and got us a good deal on it! I only had two requirements, tow package with 6k lbs and 3rd Row seats for my kids and their friends. I had one in mind but told him my needs and he went above and beyond! We ended up with so much more in my Jeep Grand Charokee L Limited Reserve! A few days with it and I love it even more than when I drove off the lot.

Eric Lee was incredibly informative and helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing my new car. He stayed in touch and was great about following up, especially when my schedule got busy and I needed to reschedule a viewing. I stopped in yesterday to look at replacing my Ford F-150 with a Used Ram 2500. Barry was incredibly helpful with explaining the differences in diesel vs gas engines and all the new things that come with the truck I was looking at. Every one on both sides of the dealership, New and Used, were incredibly hospitable. The prices on vehicles at this dealership are right with CarFax, NADA, and KBB, so you aren't getting swindled. I highly recommend checking them out if you are in the market for a New to You or brand New vehicle.

I bought a car from Juan, and he was super friendly and made the whole process really comfortable for me. He explained everything clearly and handled things quickly and efficiently. Mac Haik charged me $2,800 to fix ABS error code. Initially I told them to check the speed sensors as this can cause error code. Mac service told me I needed an ABS module and pump. Two weeks later they could not get the new module to initialize. They then told me I needed Mopar batteries to get correct voltage. Told them that was ridiculous as the batteries were one year old and the brand should not make a difference on the voltage. They said they couldn't continue unless they changed the batteries. Two new batteries and another week later and they still had same problem (wouldn't initialize). A couple days later, they finally got codes to clear. I picked up the truck and paid them $2,800 only for same codes to come up. I figured it was the speed sensor on wheel bearing hub, and I noticed a noise on driver side wheel. Replaced bearing hub with sensor ($230), and took it to a local mechanic to install ($180 labor). All the lights on the dash immediately went away. I spoke to Mac Haik about any refund and they said NO. For $400 a local mechanic fixed what the dealer couldnt fix for $2,800. Bad business! Please don't give a canned response that you acknowlege my review and are looking into the events and for me to reach out to discuss. I have reached out and consider this post me reaching out again. Mac Haik, you know how to reach me if you would really like to resolve this! It has now been 8 months since original post and I still haven't heard anything from you. Apparently you are not looking into the events that took place and are not going to refund me or get back to me as you stated.
