Mac Haik Hyundai

Extremely disappointed with Mac Haik Hyundai in Victoria, TX want to review zero but no option. Since my last oil change and tire rotation, my vehicle did not drive properly. I had a sudden flat tire with no warning lights. I called the dealership multiple times, left messages, and spoke to two representatives. I was told a manager would call me back, but no one did. I had to arrange a tow myself with zero guidance. This shows poor service practices and management failure. I have opened a case with Hyundai Corporate regarding this dealership.

Purchased a vehicle a year ago from Mr. Caleb Yogi and still impressed how he still finds time to check up on me and my vehicle. Most recently I had routine service and Service Advisor Mr. Aaron Lara was also very impressive. Mr.Lara exhibited great customer service , very informative and assisted the tech to expedite the work. I will definitely be returning for routine maintenance and future purchases.

They wouldn't fix or run a dionostic on my new car still under warrenty. What they did do is an oil change. She told me I could go to another one. I mentioned I'd be glad to make an appointment. I just recently got this vehicle I won't be back.

Lalo Flores was the first salesman that actually listened to me! I came in to the dealership to look at a used truck for my grandson. I sent my grandson a picture and he said that was not what he wanted. When I told Lalo, he called me in a few days saying It’s here! Lalo stayed late so my grandson could look at it after his baseball game! When we got there we were sitting in the truck and my grandson looked over and said “this is exactly what I wanted “ Lalo had everything ready and my grandson drove it home that night!

Service Department exceeded my expectations! They have a brand new comfortable waiting area. The whole dept is courteous. They even have a shuttle service but I just chose to wait there!
