# Summary Positive reviews highlight exceptional individual service representatives and a welcoming atmosphere that makes customers feel valued, while negative reviews reveal significant problems including missing vehicle parts, poor communication across locations, inadequate follow-up on service issues, and management that dismisses customer concerns. The dealership shows inconsistency in service quality, with some customers experiencing highly personalized attention while others report feeling ignored and unappreciated despite years of loyalty.

Sonny D is the lady to see. She was very professional and did everything in her power to get us the car we wanted in price range we were looking for. She was very courteous and made us feel like family. We are very please with the service she rendered

Purchased a ‘22 Jeep Gladiator recently from Flowood location but live closer to Madison location. Went to Madison location to get my first JeepWave oil change and wheel rotation on 4/23. My Jeep came back with dirt and grease all over drivers inside so I had to clean inside before getting in to driving off. Later in same week (3 days), while cleaning, I notice my brand new extra pack of security wheel locks, that came with my Jeep initially, were missing and replaced with some regular lug nuts. 4/23 The male service advisor, that has a Jeep, came and asked me for the key for my tires. I told him about the unopened new package inside my center console to use that key to rotate my tires since I didn’t know where the extra one was. (Tires already had locking kit on them) Visited the dealer yesterday 4/30 to get my locking lugs back and the SERVICE DEPARTMENT tried to convince me that the extra pack of locks were put on my truck. Ok, so where are the locks you took off? Was my question. One sales guy even tried to convince me that my truck came with all 5 regular lugs and they installed the lock kit that day 4/23. Told the guy to stop talking to me and get me a supervisor. THE KICKER:: My Jeep was purchased off the showroom floor with wheel locks already on it! Full Loaded! THIS DEALERSHIP SERVICE DEPARTMENT STOLE MY EXTRA LOCKS! Outcome: After explaining to supervisor (I’m guessing that’s who he was) the guy understood exactly what happened and ordered me another brand new set from the Jackson site to go and pick up. Picture is what they left vs what came with my Jeep

Someone needs to correct the communications issues. One dealership’s phone is forwarded to a mailbox and another’s website address is not correct.

I got my Jeep from here in 2018. I’ve came to the Madison/Gluckstadt CDJR location for every single thing wrong for my vehicle which is typically routine maintenance. Lately I had been smelling a faint burning smell coming through my vents and under the hood. I took it to the Gluckstadt location as always for service. The service manager (Jared) came out his office to assist me. I explained the smell I had been smelling and explained to him I was informed by another outside mechanic a brown substance which appeared to be an oil based substance was mixed in to the coolant system. Jared took a look at my coolant system and stated it did appear to be oil based as it was a “peanut butter substance.” He then took my vehicle to the back for a tech to look at it. After an hour wait, he explained my water pump had a leak and likely was causing the burning smell. He did not mention the liquid substance. He told me they would replace my water pump and do a complete coolant flush. He assured me my vehicle would be ready the next day (Tuesday). On Thursday morning I called for a status. I had to leave a message with the receptionist as all service advisors were “busy” and Jared or any other service managers were not available. I called back at an hour and a half later. I was informed my vehicle was in fact ready for pick up; No one ever called to give me a status of my vehicle repairs much less to let me know it was ready for pickup. Upon pickup, the order was closed out Tuesday at 1:32pm. I have left several messages for Jared and go figure he’s always busy and never at his desk. I also spoke with the Service Director (Andy). I explained my entire situation, only for him to tell me “I know my service guys wouldn’t pour oil in your coolant system.” I almost felt like he was blowing me off and rushing me off the phone as he did not care about my situation or if the issue was fully resolved. I have NEVER felt so unappreciated as a customer. They have a sign posted “100% customer service satisfaction is their goal” but clearly that’s a lie. No one has called to follow up with me to be sure the issue is resolved, to be sure I’m no longer smelling the burning smell, or anything. For a customer to smell a burning smell, you would think someone would’ve called just to follow up, especially considering I’ve been a customer for almost 7 years. I’ve yet to receive a follow up phone call and probably won’t….unfortunately! I will NEVER return back to Mac Haik for any service or refer anyone again….EVER!! They’ve lost a customer. I am very dissatisfied with the entire situation because if anything else goes wrong with my vehicle as a result of this, I will have to be the one to pay for all expenses due to their negligence!
