Very friendly, knowledgeable staff in service. They try hard to fix any problems/complaints. Sometimes the wait time is quite long compared to Ontario,where you could get oil change done in 15 minutes?? Still happy and waiting room is very comfortable
Great service from all the staff there, were able to order me the part I needed (tbh attached to a bunch of stuff I did not need) but also gave me a ride to a motel and let me fix my car right in their lot. Good NS folks I tell ya

From out of province, nearest dealership I could find. Truck breaks down with a recall issue. They tell me I am going to have to pay out of pocket... for a recall repair! Then, they go full shady salesman and try to convince me to trade my truck in on a brand new one. Wouldnt tell me what mine was worth in trade, just jumped straight to "go pick one", even after I said they dont have what I want on the lot. Then, after accepting that I'd have to fox it, tell me they cant find an opening to do the work for another week and a half. The poor covid protocols are just a cherry on top of this terrible experience.
