Bought my first Ford this past year and from start to finish on the purchase the entire experience was amazing. I was treated with respect and they listened to my needs not try to upsell me what I didn’t need. Mary who is the owner has been has gone out of her way to make me feel welcome every time I walk through the door. The parts department was great when I ordered some accessories and called me as soon as they came in. I cannot say enough about the service team either, they have made each appointment extremely easy with understanding my concerns and communicating them to the technician working on my truck. Also they update me throughout the repair process. Since my truck purchase I have brought a close friend in to purchase a new Bronco and my girlfriend has purchased a like new Toyota Highlander that she loves. Having a small town service feel is excellent. I highly recommend MacDonald Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Huge shoutout to Mary, Chip and the whole staff over there for all your help and support!!!

I love my new Ram 1500! Best vehicle i have ever purchased. The team here is the best. Caydence made my whole experience there so enjoyable. I had an excellent experience getting my Bronco serviced at Macdonald Motors Ford. Justus and Danny were absolutely amazing super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and easy. They got my Bronco in and out fast without cutting corners, which I really appreciated. The customer service alone made this visit top-notch. I bought a truck here in January of 2025. From start to now they have been a huge dumpster fire. They sold me a car that needed repairs the day I took it and didn't tell me. Scheduling services is a nightmare. No one here wants to take responsibility for the heap they sold me. They got paid, they're good. Do yourself a favor, AVOID this place at all cost. Anywhere is better then here.

I am overdue on this review. I bought a blue Nissan Altima last year. I have to say that Luke, and the finance manager, were absolutely fantastic. Luke was very patient while I had to work out down-payment issues. Never pressured me to hurry up. The finance manager was able to work miracles when no one else could. I did have to go through Global Lending with an insane interest rate. But so far that company has been fine to work with. The Nissan itself is one of the best cars I've ever had. Luke really set me up well. I will never hesitate to go back to McDonald's Motors.
