I had an excellent experience buying my 2019 Ford Edge Titanium AWD here and I could not be happier with the final outcome! Their sales team, Chrissy - Sales/ Leasing and Roni - Sales/ Business were highly professional, very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all my inquires/ questions, and never made me feel pressured. Their financial department consultant, Jennifer, clearly explained and assisted with all aspects related to payments and extended warranty that I have ended up buying. The vehicle was in show -room condition in and out, despite not being a brand new one at a mileage of 90000 km. The final price matched our negotiated terms as discussed. Good communication and follow up after vehicle pick-up, as well. Highly recommended !
