I purchased this 2017 Silverado (used) low Km’s but GM doing GM things it dropped a lifter of course and luckily it was with in my warranty that comes with a pre-owned certified truck or car! I towed it there Saturday jan 3 2026 got call Monday the 5th confirming it is a lifter issue and they will be replacing all of them and the valley oil manifold etc.. and the following Monday 12th I got a call saying it’s ready to go! Great service happy with this purchase. I understand used vehicles from a dealer doesn’t mean they’re going to be perfect so small things I don’t care to much about and isn’t their fault

I had an awesome experience buying a new to me vehicle. Tonya and Chris made everything straight forward and paperwork and an overview of the vehicle itself was presented well. I did test drive it on a nice day but the vehicle was not washed (a timing issue as it was in use that day)and had a scratch that was pointed out but didnt appear to be as long as it was once vehicle cleaned. A few minor paint touchups will be required however they did buff it and touched it up while I filled out paperwork. The people made my experience one of the great pleasures of living in the Ottawa valley. So thankyou to all the owners,sales staff, auto repair center and everyone involved. I look forward to doing future business with you.
