This is a review regarding the quality of cars they sell. A few years ago I was buying my first car and chose to purchase one with Mackeys Auto Barn. They were very helpful and kind to me, but pulled many classic sayings to try and pressure me into buying the car right away. I ended up buying an old used car for much more then it was worth. They failed to disclose the accident history of the car, leaving me to discover it after the poor paint job starting peeling off and showing bare metal and bondo. Within 6 months I discovered the car had the wrong type of battery installed, a bad starter and bad alternator, costing me a lot of money on top of the overpriced car and leaving me stranded on the side of the road. They made false promises of offering a free warranty, only to discover after signing they didn't provide one. While the options for buying a car in the area are limited, I encourage you have the car fully inspected before purchasing. I love my car but regret letting them take advantage of my little experience at the time to overcharge me for the car.

Moved to PA from out of state and had to get all my vehicle registration, tags taken care of. You have two options on mile level to get these services completed. Between my wife and I we used both places and Mackey's is the clear, obvious choice. If you're looking for fast, friendly and affordable services please do yourself a favor and go here. You also walk out with a registration card in hand, at the other place you don't which means a temporary one until the permanent one arrives in 4-6 weeks. Make the easy choice and use Mackey's. Highly recommend!

Friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. I recently moved to the Bedford area from Maryland and I needed to register my vehicle in PA. Being a new resident to PA I had questions about the process, as it differs from registering a vehicle in MD, but every question I asked was throughly answered. I strongly recommend Mackey's and I definitely will go through them in the future for any vehicle titling/registering needs.

Had a bad experience at Dunkel, gave these guys a call and so glad I did. They were able to help me transfer my tags from MD to PA the same day. They were very friendly and helpful from the initial phone call to the finished tags. I definitely recommend coming here and will use them for any future needs.
