All I can is incredible. Jake Hightower was so friendly and helpful. He was able to find me an amazing car and just happened to be exactly what I was looking for just as I was about to give up on finding a car. I couldn’t be anymore grateful and thankful for Jake and the MAG CDJR dealership. And last but not least the fact they delivered it all the way too me a 12 hour round trip. Would very much recommend. First, I would like to comment on the sales associate, Daniel. He was funny and easy to work with. He took any questions my sister had and would answer them, including ensuring an issue found was resolved. He is the only reason I would give this location a 3. Otherwise, it would be a 1. Now, for the not-so-great experience. This was like no other experience I have had at a dealership. The prices on the Chillicothe location for MAG are not listed. This is clearly done on purpose. With that, my sister was able to find the car she was interested in with a price from the MAG Blue Springs location website, listing the car in Chillicothe. They had the vehicle prior to discounts at 21,997. It specifically listed the location of the vehicle as Chillicothe and provided the contact information for the Chillicothe location. In fact, just a quick search, you will find where the two locations are linked as "Two great locations. One incredible inventory". Yet, the Chillicothe location would not honor the price and sold my sister the car for 24k, not even come close to the price listed online. They claimed this was due to "bank fees" they accrue, and they have nothing to do with the other locationand what they list it at. They refused to budge. As my sister really liked the vehicle, she did decide to purchase it. However, please be aware of the practices at this location. Also of note, we did find the car on Car Gurus, linked to MAG Chillicothe with a dealer disclaimer that "All Prices on CarGurus will be Honored as Cash. Please bring in this advertisement/ VDP to receive CarGurus pricing." MAG refused to honor this and stated that they did not have anything to do with this site. Yet, it is again, linked to them and had to be placed on the site somehow. Please be aware of these practices and do your research.

Jake Hightower really came through for me I have been wanting a bigger vehicle and he really shopped around to get me in the best car wasn’t what I was looking for but once I drove it i instantly fell in love with 2022 traverse at mag in Chillicothe mo! If your ever in market for a new car stop in them and see them they will get the work done and it’s easy and quick!! Overall I’m happy!!
