Magic City Ford Lexington

We had looked online through Fords find a vehicle search. I wanted a F150 lightning with the 9.6kW generator and the full 320 miles range. Thankfully they had one and we were able to come out the next day. Brandon gave us a hand in everything. He got the truck over to their dealership from the main Roanoke one. They gave us what we asked for in our trade in. They helped us move over our bed cap, which took 4 people to do. Lastly, we lived about 180 miles away and noticed once home there wasn't a charger inside the truck. Thankfully we had one already for our Mach E but Brandon was on it and got one sent to us via mail. I would drive there again in the future as their hospitality was great! Thanks again, Brandon!

We bought a vehicle at Magic City after doing careful research. We both did a test drive. The sales process was very smooth, no last minute change in price, no hard sell. However, by the time my husband drove the truck home, he told me, "This won't work." We are older and physical limitations made it difficult. Reluctantly, we returned the next day and explained the problem. They immediately offered to take back the vehicle and worked with us to find one my husband can drive, now that we have a better understanding. There are still ethical, caring dealerships in Virginia. I appreciated the first transaction, but I treasure the second. If you have family who are older, have specific needs, or that just mean the world to you, I suggest you send them to Magic City Ford in Lexington. Ask for Brandon.

I have had an oil change here, new tires added, and an inspection. This place is phenomenal. I feel it is of utmost importance to have trust in the person who takes care of your vehicle. I have tried out other places in Lexington (won't name them here) and the service did not compare to what I received from Magic City. There service department does not recommend services unless they are really necessary or would help maintain my vehicle better. I have never been "swindled" by them. I had to use them for my CarMax plan and they did a great job calling and trying to make sure everything was communicated well with me about what I would need to pay after speaking with Carmax. With confidence, I recommend!
