This is our 2nd vehicle with Magness. Matt Manes is a great person in sales! Very patient, knowledgeable and a great asset for Magness. Kelly in finances is also knowledgeable. Our experience with those two are exceptional. Moving from Fayetteville and the "big stores", I found that Magness can actually give me a better deal! Thanks Matt and Kelly!!

They are always accommodating to me . I'm a paralyzed veteran in a wheelchair. They have a place, I can pull up under roof. And I can get out because I drive myself . They were able to hook up my computer it was a handicapped accessible toyota sienna. They didn't charge me. Their reason (they said it was Friday) awesome job great service 👍

We were unimpressed with this dealership and staff. The salesman didn’t seem to want to work with us or offer suggestions that fit our need. To say it plainly, we felt that he misjudged us as “unserious” and wrote us off. Working in the sales industry myself, I know this is one of the biggest mistakes you can make. It validated for me that we would be looking elsewhere… even for the same vehicle, during the same week. If you know exactly what you want and it’s on their lot, I’m sure the car buying experience will go ok. But if you’re looking for guidance, conversation regarding the vehicles, options that work for you, and a judgment free atmosphere - it was 100% worth it to us to make the drive to Fayetteville where we had the BEST experience and purchased our new vehicle!

Great experience! This was my first visit for a maintenance, software update and recall for a car I bought in Dallas. They went over everything thoroughly, only offered what was needed, and taught me some great things about maintaining my new car. Randel was an excellent communicator and educator! Thanks!
