I recently purchased a 2026 Jeep Wrangler from Friendly Dodge in Penn Yan, and I cannot say enough good things about our experience. From start to finish, the entire team was absolutely amazing. Our salesperson, Cassidy Case, was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us trade in my current vehicle and get into our new vehicle — not just making a sale. At no point did we feel pressured or pushed into anything. Instead, we felt heard, respected, and cared for. It truly felt like they were focused on us as people, not just customers. The efficiency of the team was also impressive. Everyone worked together seamlessly, making the process smooth and stress-free. I purchased a Jeep gladiator in October of 2026. In the contract, the dealership agreed to fix the windshield which lacked a proper seal that was making an air leak. I arrange an appointment to have the windshield fixed by a third party business setup by the dealership. A week before the appointment, a knocking noise in the motor was becoming louder and harder to ignore. The rocker arms of the motor sheared the cam shaft and the car had to be taken to a mechanic which took two weeks to fix. I had to cancel the appointment for the windshield. After getting my vehicle back, I called the dealer multiple times and spoke to managers saying they would schedule an appointment to have the windshield fixed and they have not once tried to fulfill the agreement in the contract. Be aware, the jeep I purchased preowned had this issue with the motor and they never fulfilled their obligation in our contractual agreement.
