Maguire Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Syracuse

I went to Maguire Dodge, Jeep, Ram in Syracuse with plans of looking at Jeeps. I test drove a couple and even a Bronco not knowing really what I wanted for a mom car. I was pondering the lot when a Durango that was sold caught my eye. Mike the sales guy was amazing!! He was so patient listening to all my concerns and even though the Durango that caught my eye was sold he found me this amazing one on the lot!!! I absolutely LOVE my new mom car and can’t thank Mike enough for all his patience and staying late for me!!! This is the perfect vehicle for our family and hobbies! My husband had 6 months previously also got his new 2500 Ram Diesel from Maguire. They are nothing but the best!! If your looking for friendly service and an awesome new vehicle go see Mike!!

I walked in told him what I wanted and what I wanted to pay and he find exactly the deal I was looking for. We had been dreading replacing our 2016 Mazda CX-5, especially since it was the vehicle we brought both of our children home in when they were born. It meant a lot to our family, so finding the right replacement felt impossible. We ended up having an excellent experience at Maguire near the mall working with Chris Jones. My husband is someone who hates making large purchases and tends to research everything endlessly before making a decision, so I knew this process could be stressful. Chris made it the complete opposite. He was patient, honest, and never pushy. We didn't get the normal Salesman feel from Chris, he took the time to help us find the perfect fit for our family: a 22 Subaru Forester in amazing condition, it looks brand new. Chris answered every question my husband had and made the entire process so smooth my husband was actually smiling the day we bought the car (that's big) Our family loves the Subaru, and I don't think we've closed the sunroof yet. I hope Chris is still there years from now when it’s time for our next vehicle.

Sorry for the delay but had a great experience with Maguire. Back in February I needed a vehicle after I totaled my old one. I had a limited time to shop around before my insurance company stopped paying for my rental. My first stop was Maguire as they had a special on new Grand Cherokees. I met with TK who was extremely helpful. After a test drive and some minor negotiating we came to a price that was below what I anticipated. The sales manager (I forgot his name) was also helpful in applying some incentives that I wasn't aware of. At no point did I feel pressured or intimidated. It was probably my least stressful new car buying experience. TK was very professional and answered all my concerns. Well done!
