Maguire Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Watkins Glen

I recently purchased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership and feel I was taken advantage of as a female buyer. The vehicle was advertised with a soft top, but it was not included at purchase. When I raised this, I was first told a deal would be worked out, then later denied completely. The dealership also downplayed serious safety issues like dry rot tires, only fixing them after I pushed back. Promises about addressing rust were also not kept. Overall, I felt misled and not treated fairly during one of the biggest purchases in my life. Buyer's beware, especially females!! Take screenshots of their website as they will NOT provide you with a window sticker or buyer's guide/ vehicle description of what you bought when you ask for one!! The General Manager Mike even said he would buy me lunch and never kept that promise either! All sales talk and no follow through, so I will not recommend. Extremely disappointed with their lies!!

Great experience amazing people. Was able to get the car I wanted and leave the same day, talked with Paulo and Nick they are so easy to work with and super transparent about everything and made the overall experience stress free and simple. Definitely recommend coming here and working with them!

I dove in to the lot to check out a car I spotted towards the end of the day on a Saturday, and Paolo and Nick both stayed late to make sure I was able to take it home same-day. I loved working with them as well as Mike. Everyone was fantastic and their follow-through has been awesome. I'm very happy and I highly recommend them for other buyers. :)

Paolo and Nick were incredibly helpful with my purchase even though I ended up buying from a different dealership! They took the time to explain how wrapping warranties works and advise me on financing, and most importantly listened and paid attention to what I wanted. I went to quite a few dealerships as part of my search, and at most of them, I found sales people who didn't know the vehicles on their own lot, tried to convince me that I might want something else, etc. If you're looking for a vehicle and you know exactly what you want, go to this dealership where they will listen to you... if you're looking for a vehicle and you don't know exactly what you want, go to this dealership where they will help you figure it out!

I recently purchased a new RAM 1500, had a really positive experience. Right from the start Paolo set me up with a test drive and went over which vehicle was going to fit for what I needed. While we were on the test drive Mike worked on the numbers for payment. We settled on a price and appointment for when I could pick up my new truck. Arrived to pick up my new truck and meet Nicholas he actually got my payment a little bit cheeper then what Mike had quoted me. Signed all the paperwork and out the door in less than 1&1/2 hours. Great service!
