I had the absolute best possible experience purchasing my 22’ Chevy Equinox from Maguire Ford of Seneca Falls. My Sales rep Austin went above and beyond to stay in communication with me from start to finish. Good customer service is far and few between these days, if you want A+ customer service, absolutely no BS, a dealership that wants to do what they can to earn your business, and the best bang for your you have to check out the inventory and give Maguire Ford of Seneca Falls a shot. Austin and his Boss did everything they could to get my car registered, inspected, and delivered to my front door in a very reasonable timeframe at a very reasonable cost with an excellent warranty included. If the time comes that I am ever in need of another vehicle this is where I will be going first. I am beyond grateful and satisfied with this establishment. I've gotta say, Wallys was a great experience. I have a F450 dually and their shop is not exactly setup to handle big trucks like this. They took me in, inspected the truck of issues that might be related to my tires cupping (i.e. suspension, u-bolts, alignment, etc). They found that the valve stems extensions were leaking but nothing was bent or worn. Their equipment was not large enough to align the front end but they did find a truck shop to do the alignment. They brought my truck to the other shop and returned it to Wallys. The front end alignment was needed as it was off quite a bit. Wallys was through, professional, and accommodating. I would strongly recommend them.

I would totally recommend Wally's Ford of Seneca Falls. They made the process of buying my new Bronco very easy. Luke and Gary were great guys to work with. I would definitely buy from there again.
