Absolutely 5 star experience here at MainStreet Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I drove 6 hours from eastern Iowa to this dealership to buy a speciality high performance truck they had listed online. A one-owner 2003 Chevrolet Silverado SS with only 43k miles!!! Chris Thomas was my salesman and I can’t say enough great things about him. I was also helped by Shane Varner who went above and beyond to earn my business. I have never had this kind of buying experience at any car dealership not ever. You know that pressure you get from the sales person when buying a vehicle they’re basically standing over you as you look over the vehicle? That’s not the case here. They threw me the keys to the truck and I took my time looking it over with no one standing over me. I seriously took an hour in their parking lot looking the truck over figuring everything out and when I was done I walked inside and on my terms told Chris I was ready to move forward with the purchase. The entire staff here is amazing, you are treated well kinda like the old days and I love that. Today we purchased this 2024 Infinity and it is beautiful with a clean interior, many upgrades and a V8. They gave me a great trade in value on my car and we did most of all the paper work over the internet. So when I got to the dealership My new car was ready to go, I had a few papers to sign and with in 10 minutes I had all the paper work I needed to pay my sales tax and get my plates.
