Really nice guys. Had to make a quick stop on a long trip and could not have been nicer.

Misleading advertising on their website! It says they deliver everywhere in Quebec, but the person I spoke to on the phone told me they don't deliver everywhere, even within Quebec! This person wasn't very helpful. I was ready to buy, but this person completely discouraged me from buying from them. This employee isn't doing their job properly.

Excellent service from the Mitsubishi team. My case was handled very quickly, and I greatly appreciated their attention to detail. Highly professional; I highly recommend them.

I waited a while before sharing my experience at Mitsubishi Roberval. I bought my vehicle there a year ago and I have nothing but positive things to say. My salesperson, Carl Otis, is a warm and approachable person who knows exactly how to put you at ease. I also dealt a few times with Karine Ouellet and her service advisor at the counter (whose name escapes me 🙊), and they are both wonderful. They answer my sometimes unusual questions and are always very happy to help. I did have a few minor issues with the vehicle initially, and they were able to address my needs quickly and efficiently. I recommend the team without hesitation.

Very friendly and knowledgeable sales team; it was a pleasure doing business with them. As soon as any problems or administrative issues arose, they were able to find a suitable solution while keeping me informed of the situation. Sale completed in 10 days, even though I was a newcomer and had no valid credit history. I recommend them without hesitation!
