I am 75 years old and have been purchasing used cars since age 18. I have never had a used car buying experience as good as the one recently with Malibu Motors. I flew from Ottawa to Victoria to purchase a car they had which I could not find elsewhere in Canada. I was a little nervous about dealing with a dealer who was so distant. The sales representative, Steve, was very patient and answered all of my many questions and we spent a lot of time inspecting the car by Facetime video. Once I arrived at their business I was welcomed by everyone. The entire buying experience could not have been better. At no time did I feel any pressure. There were absolutely no bad surprises - only good ones. I feel a got a very good deal and a very good car. I recommend this business very highly.

Bob was very helpful in choosing the exact car I needed. I felt comfortable to ride in it as soon as I went for my test drive. The Nissan Kicks was the perfect height and size I was looking for. My family and I couldn't be happier with our new car. From the very beginning, Bob was kind and attentive, providing us with very professional advice. We never felt any pressure to make a rushed purchase, even though it was just a few days before Christmas. We also met one of the owners, who chatted with us and even tried his best to speak Spanish! They truly made us feel at home. We’ve had the car for almost two weeks now, and we feel it was the best decision, thanks to the amazing guidance from the Malibu team and specially from Bob.
