Most customers praise the dealership for its low-pressure sales approach, knowledgeable staff, and efficient service, with several highlighting positive experiences with specific salespeople and finance managers. However, one customer reported significant issues including mechanical problems shortly after purchase, misleading financing claims, and vehicle defects that severely damaged their trust in the dealership.
I purchased a 2023 Lexus ES350 Ultra Luxury sedan on 2/4/26. The staff that I came in contact with were all wonderful. What I like most about them was that they weren't high pressure. I never felt like i was being pressured into anything. The finance manager (Chad) was totally awesome. He seemed to really care about my budget when it came time to add an extended warranty and GAP insurances. My original salesman was Trey Whittaker, he contacted me by phone and told me he would take a video of the car for me...I asked if he would be sure to take a picture of the moon roof... he did just that. I wasn't able to go up to the dealership until the next day and he wasn't working so he put me in the hands of Jeff Matthews, he was very good too. he took me on the test drive and helped with setting up my settings on the car. i bought the car the next day! Good/fair price and all had great customer service.
I just traded in my 2012 Jeep Wrangler for a 2025 Wrangler Willy's and I had an excellent experience. My salesperson was Dylan and he went above and beyond and made everything flow seamlessly. We were in and out in less than 3 hours and that included the test drive, trade in, finance and getting the keys. I've always had great experiences here (I bought my 2012 Jeep there as well) and I've been using this service department the whole time and it's always been wonderful. Everyone is really nice, knowledgeable and respectful. I agree with other reviews too saying that it was low pressure. Great communication as well!
Amazing experience! Magdalena Pantoja Colin was wonderful—friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She made buying my new car easy and enjoyable. I truly appreciate her professionalism and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
Personally, I would never use this dealership again. The truck started having problems almost immediately. Four days after purchase, warning lights began showing up on the dashboard, and I hadn’t even driven it for the first three days. The buying process dragged on for over six hours, which should have been my first warning sign. The finance manager was dishonest and misleading throughout the process. I was told that if I purchased an extended warranty, Capital One would treat the truck as “new” despite having 20,000 miles and lower my interest rate by 3% while keeping my payment the same. I declined the warranty anyway, making it clear this was nothing more than a pressure tactic. He also told me that I could not refinance for six months, which I later confirmed was untrue. The dealership manager directly contradicted him and said I could refinance immediately. That alone shows how misleading the financing conversation was. He then told me I could come back in 6 months and he would help me get it down to 5% after 6 months of payments. I have 3 car loans I have been paying on for ever. After the sale, I discovered a large dent that was conveniently easy to miss and that the truck had four different tires on it. The vehicle’s computer had been reset just hours before purchase, which now feels intentional. The truck is already back in the shop with electrical problems and needs an ABS module, sensors, and a speed sensor wire. The Ram dealership I have it at now says the wires under the dash and’s odb2 reader is unplugged from the start so they have been using it a lot. I should have walked away, but I really liked the RAM and trusted the dealership. That was a mistake. To make matters worse, they sent me off the lot with less than a quarter tank of gas and the fuel light already on and no hat. This was one of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve purchased five vehicles from Mall of Georgia dealerships, and after this experience, I can confidently say this will be my last. Buyer beware.
Big Mac made the whole car-buying experience smooth and stress-free from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured. He answered all my questions honestly and helped me find the right car for my needs and budget. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about customer service, ask for Big Mac. Highly recommend!🍔😊
