Malloy Toyota of Winchester

I had a great experience with Malloy Toyota of Winchester and especially want to recognize Andrew, the used car manager, for how well everything was handled. I purchased a Land Rover on December 24th and absolutely loved the vehicle. Unfortunately, on the morning of the 15th, a battery warning light came on and it turned out to be related to a converter issue. While this electrical issue was not covered under warranty and is one of those things that can randomly happen, it had absolutely nothing to do with the dealership. Despite that, Malloy Toyota went above and beyond. They took the vehicle in promptly, diagnosed the issue, walked me through my options, installed a new battery free of charge, detailed the vehicle, and even helped arrange towing to where I wanted it taken. The communication, professionalism, and willingness to help really stood out. I’m very impressed with how the entire situation was handled and truly appreciate the level of service and integrity shown. I would highly recommend working with this dealership.

I visited Malloy Toyota in Winchester last week to learn more about my car's dashboard menu. The manager introduced me to Eli, and I was so grateful for him! Even though I am an older woman, Eli was incredibly patient and kindly explained all the features so clearly. He is a true professional who seems to know everything about cars. I highly recommend asking for Eli if anyone is looking to buy a car at Malloy Toyota of Winchester. I am definitely planning to bring my children to Eli when they need their next cars. I would rate them less than one-star, if that was an option. Where to begin? My wife and I have been long time Malloy Toyota customers. We were looking i to purchasing our 7th vehicle with Malloy Toyota but found a better deal elsewhere. First, they were not willing to complete things on-line, and were insistent that we come to the dealership in person. Then they offered the lowest trade-in for my vehicle without seeing it. Then the salesman, Jordan Huckelberry, whom I was working with told me that my rebates from my trade in, which I was using as a down payment equaled $1,500. But today, when I requested the rebates in person I was provided documentation showing these rebates equal $2,300. Where did the other $800 go? I'm sure the dealership was keeping that and they would say that the numbers were an estimate. Yet the vehicle was bought there so it should he closer to an exact science than an estimate. Secondly, Miss Murrow, from finance never acknowledged receipt of my email requesting my rebates, and she never returned my phone call asking if she received my email, which was after we spoke via the telephone. Where is the loyalty to long time customers and where is the professionalism. Thirdly, I found a better deal elsewhere. The dealership I worked with gave me $4,500 more for my trade than Malloy was offering and the new dealership permitted me to do everything on-line and offered a better trade without demanding I go to the dealership. Needless to say, my wife and I will not return to Malloy Toyota!!
