Malouf Chevrolet

After wasting time at several other dealers, my wife and I drove 50 miles to Malouf Chevy and Cadillac, and it was worth every mile. We were greeted by John Marfoglio, who spent the day walking us through every option that fit our budget. I had my eye on a fully loaded showroom vehicle I thought was out of reach, but John and his team worked their magic to make it happen! A huge thank you to Frank Sorensen and Kevin Szelag as well—the whole team was friendly, welcoming, and never pushy. We drove home in our new vehicle feeling like VIPs. I’ll definitely be back when my lease is up!

I am overall satisfied with my experience at Malouf. The salesperson was helpful and not pushy, explained different options and was courteous and friendly. The whole buying process was easy and not too long. However, the car wasn't fully charged when we received it and the car software is missing some functions which will require a visit to the service department.

I was able to make an internet Deal for a New Blazer at very acceptable fair price just by a 4 E-Mail exchange with Samatha.She is personable and professional. 24 Hours later I made one trip to Malouf to Pick up with my Trade in. . I live 2 hours away and it was worth it. The Blazer was prepped and in the show room for my very detailed inspection. I had Jean assigned to me who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable . Frank also answered any additional questions. My experience lasted a few hours took the new Blazer , then drive back home all in only One Day!! I recommend Malouf to all especially Military Veterans. Not my first time buying new Vehicles I was very impressed with the product and service!!! I can go on with this review but it would be to much.

One of the worst dealerships I’ve ever dealt with. I purchased a brand-new Chevy here and it turned out to be the worst experience, especially because of the finance manager. I had booked the car for my anniversary to surprise my wife. When I arrived to pick it up and pay in full, I immediately noticed scratches on the mirror and other areas. When I pointed this out to the sales associate, he took the key to show the manager. The manager’s response? “Take the car or here’s your check.” Really? That’s the kind of service you give to a customer? Shameful. Since it was meant to be a surprise gift, I had no choice but to go through with the purchase. The sales rep then took the car somewhere, buffed it quickly, and the scratches reappeared soon after. Now I’m selling the car, and this terrible experience is the reason. When I reported the issue to Chevy, the manufacturer told me it was up to the dealer. Absolutely ridiculous dealership and management—avoid them at all costs.

We went in looking for a new car for my grandpa, and Jean Delia was amazing, he was patient, held good conversation and made us feel very welcome. We found a great brand new car and love it very much.
