I had a great experience at Manchester Mazda and with my sales consultant Kris Reindel. He was able to help me order the exact car I wanted that wasn't available on their lot. He kept me updated along the way and was readily available to answer any questions I had. I love my new Mazda and would definitely recommend this location for getting a new car. Thank you!

Let me start by saying. Always Mazda- easy decision. They are one of the very few well made sturdy vehicles for the average consumer in the market now. We worked with Andrew R. as our sales rep. And while I know it’s the job of a sales rep to be super friendly. He was honest, compassionate, knowledgeable and just all around and awesome guy! He made the process easy, swift and was in communication every step. All of our cars have had Disney villain names so, everyone meet Cruella

I had been researching cars for a year. I went to a few dealerships but didn’t get the personal vibe I was looking for. I landed on Manchester Mazda for their great reviews. I went there and met with Kris Reindel. He was so patient and explained everything in detail. I came back 4 times as this was a major purchase for me. I test drove 2 cars and finally cane back and bought the Mazda CX-5 Preferred. He took so much of his time (not only in the 4 visits) but also the day of purchase explaining everything about the car inside and out. He offered his services if I have any questions or need help with anything moving forward. What a great experience! Thanks Kris!!

Had the pleasure of working with Scott Giannini at Manchester Mazda! He did a wonderful job helping me find my new car and went above and beyond answering all my questions and concerns. This was the first time I had purchased a car on my own and he made the process very smooth and took the stress away from car buying. I also had help from Dyanella who was wonderful and a pleasure to interact with. Overall my experience was a 10/10 with Manchester Mazda and I LOVE my new car! Will definetly be going back in the future :)

I’m not sure if I’ll purchase my third Mazda from this dealership or not, but I wanted to personally leave this 5-star review because they deserve it. The manager, Brandon (I hope I remembered your name correctly—I apologize if I didn’t, but you were working that late afternoon), was very polite and knowledgeable. The best part was Kris R. He treated us so well—he was calm, informative, intelligent, friendly, and not pushy at all. I even told my wife that he’s not only the best car salesman I’ve ever come across, but also the best salesman I’ve ever met in general (and I used to work in sales). He genuinely does it from the heart and is transparent about everything. Thank you so much, Manchester Mazda. I really hope I purchase a CX-5 or CX-50 from you. Everyone else—please give them a chance. You won’t regret it. ☺️
