I purchased my new GT3 from Steven at Manhattan Motorcars Porsche. The 4th vehicle our family has purchased from MM, but my first with them. It was far and away one of the smoothest and easiest car buying experiences I've ever had, from ordering to delivery. Steven is a gentleman and true pro with decades of experience and a real passion for the brand. He was a pleasure to deal with and accommodated all of my needs, including fitting ultralight forged wheels and OEM clear sidemarkers I bought prior to delivery. I also did the full PPF + Ceramic coating package with MM and couldn't be happier with the quality of the workmanship and result. Dillon was fantastic as well and walked me through the infotainment and new functions that differed from my previous gen 911. 5 stars all around. If you're in the NYC area, give MM a look. You'll be glad you did.

If you are thinking about getting a Mercedes, you should definitely see Lydia to assist with your purchase. She’s knowledgeable, efficient, patient and will get you the best deal. I purchased a vehicle from her a couple months ago and she was amazing. She will be there for you to take care of any after sale issues. Super smooth experience buying a car here! Spoke with Anisah Bacchus about used Panameras and was quickly set up with an appointment, had all my questions answered, and completed the buying and pickup process in just about a week and a half. Anisah was a great resource in terms of Porsche options, warranty info, and was genuinely friendly in all our interactions. 10/10 recommend.

I received a phishing email from a service advisor at Manhattan Motorcars containing a suspicious link (see attached screenshot). I opened the link before realizing something was wrong, and later received a message saying the advisor’s email account had been hacked. What was most concerning was the response afterward. There was no apology, no explanation of what happened, and no communication about what steps were being taken to notify or protect customers who may have received the same phishing email. When a dealership communicates with clients through email and stores customer contact information, basic cybersecurity and transparency are critical. At the very least, customers who were exposed should receive a clear explanation and reassurance that the issue has been addressed. The lack of accountability and communication in this situation was disappointing.
