I live a distance from this Dealership and the above and beyond service to make the buying unbelievably smooth and dare I say...Pleasant was refreshing. I highly recommend talking with them! I was having a truly Awful experience with several other dealerships. Night and Day with Mann.

Excellent customer service from the parts and service center! We had our vehicle at another dealership for a failed radiator and that dealership took a week to tell us they couldn’t source parts with an unknown date of completion. I called Mann Chevrolet and they had a radiator in stock and had us in the same afternoon for repairs and the vehicle back to us first thing the next morning. The service staff even took the extra effort to file a claim with GM since the vehicle was about 90 days out of the 3 year/36,000 mile warranty. GM picked up the majority of the repair simply from the extra effort put forth by the service staff. This is a fantastic example of home town honest and dedicated customer service that has been lost on many in the Lafayette area. Thank you all, once again, for your efforts!

Jake in the service department was very helpful, kind, and professional! I called looking for a specific car part and Jake made sure to check inventory before I made the 35 minute drive there from Lafayette. Jake also squeezed me in super last minute even after informing me they typically prefer appointments, so I was very grateful to receive same-day service. After arriving, I was greeted with a great attitude and was in and out within the hour. My car part was replaced for a very reasonable price and the service was wonderful. I would recommend Jake and this location to anyone needing their car serviced!
