Great experience! I purchased a used 2025 Ram Rebel. I am 10 hours away from the dealership. They were willing to do everything via text, including appraising my trade. The truck was delivered to me with all paperwork, and their driver returned my trade to the dealership. I reached out to my salesman with a few questions several weeks after the sale. He replied promptly and was very helpful. Fantastic experience!

I met with Trey and he was extremely helpful, he even paid attention to my son which not alot of people do because he is so hyperactive which made me appreciate him more. He was very kind, did what he said he was going to do got a great deal for my trade in which was a blessing. I appreciate this man very much.

I’m leaving a 1 star review because I purchased a 2018 Ford escape from this dealership a year and a half ago we had only owned our Ford escape for three days before the engine light popped up. I immediately called the dealership. They told me to unplug the battery. All that does is reset the codes that does not fix your car then two weeks later, the car completely stopped working because it has engine failure. It needs a new engine. I was able to get in contact to the previous owner. She had only owned it a week when she had to return it because its engine failed and then we purchased the car February 1 of 2025. She returned the ford escape 12/23/24. They have not helped us in any type of way to get us out of this car or to fix this car so it just sits because it’s going to cost us $7000 to fix. They did not disclose that they had knowledge that the engine needed to be replaced. I highly do not recommend this place. They only care about money. They do not care if you are in a safe vehicle that they sell. The engine could’ve easily stopped working driving down the road and caused us to have a car accident thankfully, it stopped working once it was parked. I put in a picture of the carfax to show they done a deep dive into checking the engine before selling us the car. And also the screenshot of the previous owner stating it had engine failure and was brought back and then sold to us. A truly disgusting dealership.

I was initially extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. What was presented as a reliable vehicle quickly turned into a costly and frustrating situation. Shortly after purchase, the vehicle developed an oil leak and a transmission fluid leak. Not long after that, the TCM (Transmission Control Module) failed. These are not minor issues — they are major mechanical problems that ideally should have been identified and disclosed prior to sale. Even more concerning, the brake installation was faulty, which directly impacts vehicle safety. That is completely unacceptable and was especially frustrating to discover after purchase. That said, I do want to acknowledge that the dealership did reach out to me and offered to reimburse the cost of my brake repair. That shows a willingness to work with their customers and attempt to make things right, which I do appreciate. Throughout the process, I did feel there was either a lack of transparency or insufficient knowledge about the vehicle’s condition. When purchasing a used vehicle, you expect honesty and basic mechanical due diligence. Instead, I was left dealing with repairs and safety concerns almost immediately after driving off the lot. Because of the dealership’s recent effort to resolve part of the issue, along with the help from the salesman (Ron) who has been supportive throughout the process, I am adjusting my rating to three stars. I hope they continue improving their inspection and disclosure process for future customers.
