I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at Maple Hill auto. I had a situation yesterday where my car had a major engine issue which would have cost over $4000 to fix. As this was a 2015 Santa Fe, I felt it would be better to get another car. I went on their website and checked out vehicle inventory. A little while later, Tony Galvan called me. I explained to him what happened and that I need to get a vehicle right away. Tony came to me with a vehicle that fitted my needs and within 3 hours, I was the owner of a Hyundai Tucson. This is my 3rd Hyundai and the reason I keep coming back is the wonderful staff and a great service center. Thanks also to CB who coordinated financing. Maple Hill Auto meets the gold standard in providing the best customer service.

Maple Hill does all the scheduled service on my wife's Subaru. They are friendly and customer oriented. They provide a detailed inspection report and offer to service any items that are revealed in the report with no pressure. The customer lounge is comfortable with free beverages and snacks. They finish off the experience with a free car wash.

I had a hard time getting an appointment since I had to wait for a loaner. I would suggest, try and book an appointment a month before and don’t wait for any last minute appointments (like I did). But the whole service was amazing! They keep you updated with videos of what’s being done, which I think is Ah-mazing! Big shout out to Hannah! She was great, from keeping us updated on the repairs to getting everything set up for us to pick up our car!

Hello, I am a huge fan of Audi and have had a few through out the years. Just about 2 years ago I had some weird noises coming from my engine that went away after a few minutes. It was a screeching/whining that was continuous. So I brought to this location and had it looked at thinking it could be a belt. They call me to tell me it is my transmission and the only thing they could do for me after saying it was 2000$ for the diagnosis, was to replace the entire transmission. Which was quoted at 12000$! I have an S5 (2014) With the cost vs my car's value it made no sense to have this done but I luckily paid for the warranty when I purchased the vehicle. It clearly stated on my warranty that the specific problem would be covered. Issue was they were saying it wasn't the actual peice it's self wasn't the issue. It was the seel making it leek which caused it to make that noise. They told me it was not fixable and needed to be completely replaced. For the next week or so calling the warranty company and maple hill shop daily to figure out options, they were extremely rude, laughing at me and smirking when I would go in to talk to them. What really got under my skin was when I originally was dropping my car off, one of the employees said he loved my car and asked how much I would sell it to him for. Knowing I couldn't afford it they kept trying to push a new car onto me. I feel as if this was all a set up to give my car up for next to nothing and just get a new car from them. It really does make sense but is a horrible thing to do! What is really crazy and I made sure to wait as long as possible is, I brought it master mechanics and they fixed it for 2200$ I brought it for a check up a couple weeks ago and everything is still driving great! No leaks and no issues. I am extremely upset since they are the only dealer ship for Audi around kalamazoo area and they really do only consider profits and getting over on people for their own gain. So sad to see it but I will never go to this location and don't think anyone getting their car worked on should either.

I stopped in to Maple Hill Auto group about a month ago as I had been looking for a new vehicle that fit me and my needs for quite a while as I was in the lot I was met by Grant who was absolutely amazing! Not pushy, very kind and knowledgeable and helped make this car buying experience the best I've ever had. Anybody that sees this I highly recommend seeking out Grant when you get there. I'm sure there are other great salesman there but I don't see how anybody could do better than this guy did. Absolutely loving my first Volkswagen so far.... hopefully if any warranty concerns come up there are no issues as the reviews have stated there are there.
