I had an outstanding experience at this dealership from start to finish. I recently leased a 2025 Venue Ultimate and i couldn’t be happier. The staff, Kashif especially were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured at any point in the process. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect car within my budget. Their attention to detail and knowledge regarding the process of buying/ financing or leasing vehicles is extremely valuable. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and surprisingly quick. Every question I had was answered clearly, and they made sure I felt confident about my decision. The vehicle was delivered in immaculate condition and exactly as promised. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. If you’re looking for a trustworthy dealership with great prices and amazing service, I highly recommend them. I cannot recommend Maple Hyundai enough! I just got home with my new car and the drive was absolutely awesome. It wasn’t a Hyundai, but it was a trade in vehicle made by Honda. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on April 1st 2025 . The radio display had been faulty since the day I bought it. They did nothing to fix the problem for six months. Then the engine malfunctioned, and I had to tow the vehicle back to the dealership. The service personnel told me not to take my vehicle there and to go to another dealership. However, since purchasing the vehicle from this dealership, I've brought it here for all maintenance and diagnostic checks. I've had it for eight months, and they still haven't offered any solutions. They sold me a faulty vehicle and they refuse to accept responsibility for it. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this dealership and avoid buying a vehicle.

Carlos was incredibly supportive throughout the repair process of my car. He took the time to clearly explain the issue, kept everything transparent, and approached the situation in a very solution-oriented way. You can tell he truly cares about his work and his customers. It’s not easy to find someone this trustworthy and detail-focused. I genuinely appreciate his help and would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of car repairs.
