This was my first time buying a new car and it was at Maplewood Toyota with Jim Miller. Jim came highly recommended from multiple people I know so it was an easy choice to make on where to go and who to deal with. Jim is professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk with. The entire process was seem less, informative and quick- from finding the car, going through protective options, warranty options, financing and trading in my vehicle. On pick up day , it was great having Jim available to walk me through many of the options and functions of my new Rav. He also contacted me a few days later to see if he could be of further assistance or answer any questions and asked how I liked my new vehicle so far. I really appreciate the follow up and the assurance that if I need anything, Jim will be there for me. Thanks for a great experience, Jim!!

Me and my fiancé worked with Bee Xiong at this location and he is hands down the friendliest and most helpful sales consultant out there. He knew exactly what we wanted and was on top of all of our needs. When my fiancé saw what he brought up for us to check out, she fell in love with it and the staff there was able to work with us to bring that baby home. I had the BEST experience at Maplewood Toyota with Chris, Janie and Jorge. From my initial contact to driving off the lot, everything was efficient, upfront and smooth. Admittedly, I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and could afford but they didn't pressure me at all to go beyond that. I have never seen an auto salesman as knowledgeable about the cars he sells than Bee. He was very patient during the purchase process. He worked beyond his scheduled working hours that day to ensure the purchasing process went smooth and without issues.
