Love my 2026 Traverse! Steve & Donny were wonderful to work with. All the staff were super attentive and great! I definitely give Ron Marhofer Chevy props because after driving 55 minutes there the car we came to look at/ hopefully buy someone was test driving it to buy! They handled it wonderfully and I was able to purchase the car I came to look at.

Michelle was extremely helpful with my 2026 traverse!!! Conner is the absolute best in the finance department as well! We drove 3 hours to bring our family vehicle home! Thank you for everything!

I was an online remote buyer, I have to say, I searched endlessly, and they by far away did the best job! The Finance manager was from Alabama, small world, and was very transparent. If you are shopping online, beware of shady dealers and you can bet that they absolutely ARE NOT one of them. Flynn, did an amazing job of helping me as I was relatively new to car buying. Take it from me who spoke to about 37 different dealerships in different states and this is by far the best one. I wish I could recommend them to all my friends and family, but they are in Ohio, and I live in Alabama. This review is the least that I can do for them! 10/10!

Very frustrated. Claims issue can not be duplicated. Literally on the way home all codes popped up for me. Asked a friend who works at a different chevy dealership and they're pretty sure its the ABS. At this rate I will not be purchasing an extended warranty, nor will I ever buy a car from this dealership again. ***UPDATE*** Finally got my issues resolved but the communication with the staff is lacking. The fact that I had to come in on 3 different occasions until the issue was determined was ridiculous. I even spoke to what I thought the issue could be and was dismissed. Turns out I was right. I voiced my dissatisfaction over and over but was told that's all they could do. I will not be returning now that my service contract has ended / will be ending. The fact that the staff changes almost everytime I come in has got to say something about this place.
